摘要
本文采用二维与三维磁场解析法导出了复合转子异步电机端部系数的计算公式以及便于工程应用的简化公式。公式表明,复合转子钢套的厚度对端部系数有显著影响。样机的实验值与计算值相当吻合,证明了公式的正确性。
On the assumption that stator surface current is kept constanl along axial direction,the expression for end coefficient of a composite-rotor induction motor is derived by2D and 3D field analyses. After simplication, a simple and practical formula is obtained. It is shown that the thickness of the outside steel tube of the rotor has a remarkable effect on the end coefficient. The results of machine performance calculated byparameters corrected with derived formula are found to be agreed well with those measured on a prototype motor.
