摘要
本文将等效边界原理一边界元组合法(EBP-BEM)用于大型铝电解槽槽膛内形的优化设计。给出了修正矩阵求道的方法。以160kA电解槽为例,确定了最佳槽帮结壳,并计算了在确定的母线配置和最佳槽帮结壳下铝液内的电磁力。
The hybrid Equivalent Boundary principle-Boundary Element Method (EBP-BEM)is developed for optimizing the cavity of large aluminum reduction cells. The methodof computing the inverses of revised matrices is given. Taking a typical 160 kA cellas an example. we determine the optimial ridge in the cell cavity and calculate theelectromagnetic forces in the melted metal under the conditions of the determined busdisposition and the optimal ridge.
