摘要
本文导出了三相半控桥在系统仿真中的各种导通模式下约束方程和模式转换所需的六个通断判据。它适用于任何带有三相半控桥的半导体系统。在此基础上,可与系统其他部分方程相联立而得到整个系统的数学模型。这种方法在定子附加绕组励磁型同步发电机运行行为的数字仿真中得到了应用。
In this paper,the binding equations of every kind of conduction modes and the sixconduction/turn-off criteria for the transformation between the conduction modes arepresented in the system simulation with the three phase half-controlled rectifier bridge,which are suitable to any kind of semiconductor system with this rectifier bridge.Onthis basis,the equations are connected with that of the other perts so we can getthe overall system's mathematical model. This method finds the application in thedigital simulation of the synchronous generator with stator additional winding excitation.
