地塞米松和Vitapex糊剂在一次法根管治疗中的疗效分析

摘要 目的 观察地塞米松和Vitapex糊剂联合应用一次法根管治疗的疗效。 方法 将 2 3 2例慢性尖周炎恒牙随机分为两组 ,实验组采用一次法根管治疗 ,以Vitapex糊剂和牙胶尖根充并口服小剂量地塞米松 3~ 5日 ;对照组采用常规方法 (两次法或多次法 )作根管治疗。结果  1年后复查 ,实验组成功率为 87.3 8%,对照组成功率为 89.47%,两者差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 Objective To evaluate the success effect of one appointment root canal therapy under circumstance of the dexamethason and Vitapex paste being applied.Methods 232 teeth with chronic pariapical periodontitis were divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with one appointment root canal therapy,with the dexamethason and Vitapex paste being used.The control group was dealt with routine methods.Results The success rate of experimental group was 87.38%,which was 89.47% in control group ( P >0.05).Conclusion With the dexamethason and Vitapex paste being applied, one appointment root canal therapy has good applicable prospect.
