双侧多节段腰椎板间减压术治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄症 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察双侧多节段腰椎板间减压术治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法 对 2 5例老年腰椎管狭窄患者行双侧多节段腰椎板间减压术。结果 随访 1~ 3年 ,2 5例神经源性间歇性跛行均得到缓解 ,7例有反复发作腰痛者 6例明显好转 ,9例下肢神经根性痛全部消失 ,8例皮肤感觉减退者 5例恢复 ,4例拇趾背伸肌力下降者 3例恢复。按照Nakal评分标准 :优 18例 ,良 4例 ,中 2例 ,差 1例。优良率达 2 2 / 2 5。结论 双侧多节段腰椎板间减压术安全简便 ,是治疗老年性腰椎管狭窄症的有效方法。 Objective To evaluate the effect of bilateral multiple segmental decompressive interlaminectomy in the treatment of lumbar stenosis in elderly individual. Methods 25 cases of elderly lumbar stenosis were treated by bilateral multiple segmental decompressive interlaminectomy. Results 25 cases were followed up for 1~3 years. All the patients with neurogenic intermittent claudication in this group were ameliorated.6 of 7 cases with repititive lower back pain were improved.The lower extremity nerve root pain in 9 cases disappeared completely. 5 of 8 cases with skin sensitive decrease were recovered.3 of 4 cases with hallus dorsal extension weakness were recovered.According to Nakal score system, the results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 4, fair in 2 and poor in 1. Conclusion Bilateral multiple segmental decompressive interlaminectonmy is safe and simple in operation, which is one of the effective methods to treat lumbar stenosis in elderly individuals.
