摘要
目的 探讨镍钛环抱臂环抱式接骨板治疗儿童股骨干陈旧性骨折疗效。方法 应用镍钛环抱臂环抱式接骨板治疗 12例儿童股骨干陈旧性骨折。结果 随访 1 5～ 2年 ,全部病例均在术后 8～ 10周骨折临床愈合 ,各关节功能良好 ,无一例再骨折。结论 镍钛环抱臂环抱式接骨板治疗儿童股骨干陈旧性骨折 ,是一种较好的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate effects of NiTi arm-encircling bone embracing plate used for old femoral fracture of children. Methods 12 children with old femoral shaft fracture were re-fixed with NiTi arm-encirclling bone. Results All patients were followed up for 1.5～2 years. The fracture of 12 patients were cured in 8～10 weeks postoperatively. The joint function was excellent.There was no refracture. Conclusion Fixation with NiTi arm-encircling bone bonding plate is an optimal method for old femoral shaft fracture of children.
