摘要
目的 探讨吸烟对健康人运动心肌灌注显像2 0 1 Tl肺摄取的影响。方法 92例健康体格检查者 ,均行2 0 1 Tl运动 延迟心肌断层显像 ,取运动断层显像的前位显像计算肺 心比值。根据吸烟状态 ,分为吸烟组、非吸烟组和戒烟组。研究对象均无2 0 1 Tl心肌灌注缺损、左室肥厚和肺部疾病。结果 吸烟组 (0 4 0± 0 0 7,F =10 6 35 ,P <0 0 0 0 1)和戒烟组 (0 39± 0 0 7,F =10 6 35 ,P =0 0 1)的运动肺 心比值均较非吸烟组 (0 34± 0 0 5 )明显增高。吸烟组与戒烟组间差异无显著性 (P =0 6 74 )。吸烟组 (5年以上 )的运动肺 心比值与吸烟时间无显著相关性 (r=0 2 10 ,P =0 2 4 2 ) ,但与日吸烟量(10~ 4 0支 d)呈显著正相关 (r=0 4 5 5 ,P =0 0 0 8)。结论 吸烟者2 0 1 Tl肺 心比值较非吸烟者高。戒烟后也应考虑吸烟对2 0 1 Tl肺摄取的影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of smoking on lung uptake of 201 Tl during myocardial perfusion imaging. Methods Ninety-two healthy subjects, with normal 201 Tl myocardial perfusion imaging findings but no evidence of left ventricular hypertrophy and pulmonary disease, were divided into three groups, smoker, nonsmoker and quitted smoker groups. Exercise/delay 201 Tl myocardial perfusion imaging was performed on all subjects included. Lung/heart ratio was defined on the anterior planar image obtained during exercise tomography. Results Both the lung/heart ratios during exercise in smoker (0.40±0.07, F=10.635, P<0.0001) and quitted smoker groups (0.39±0.07, F=10.635, P=0.01) were significantly higher than that in nonsmoker group(0.34±0.05), and there was no significant difference between smoker and quitted smoker groups. In smoker group, the lung/heart ratios during exercise showed a significant correlation with the number of cigarettes smoked daily (r=0.455, P=0.008), but did not show with the length of smoking history (r=0.210, P=0.242). Conclusion 201 Tl lung/heart ratios in smokers are higher than in nonsmokers and this must be kept in mind when 201 Tl lung/heart ratios are used clinically, even in quitted smokers.
