摘要
通过分析研究脱氧制度、化学成分和热处理制度对淬透性和力学性能的影响 ,微量元素铝对晶粒度的影响以及硫含量对硫化物夹杂的影响并进行多项试验 ,使高等级齿轮钢 SCM42 0 H达到了纯净度高。
This article has analyzed the deoxidation system, chemical composition and heat treatment system which have affected the hardenability and mechanical property, and several experiments have been performed, such as the grain affected by the trace element aluminium , sulphide inclusions affected by the sulphur contents, in order to have the high grade gear steel SCM420H reach to high quality level with high pureness , hardenability and malleability well cooperated.
