摘要
为了获得汽轮机叉形叶根和锥销的受力情况 ,本文首先采用ANSYS有限元程序的接触单元非线性方法计算叶片、轮盘及锥销装配在一起 ,在叶片受到汽流力与叶片、轮盘及锥销在离心力的作用下的应力状态。在此基础上再采用子模型方法 ,获取锥销各截面所受的剪力与拉力。
Nonlinear analysis with contact elements is adopted in ANSYS program in this paper to calculate the stress status in the fork type blade roots, fork type disc grooves and the conical pins while they are assembled as an integral structure and acted by the steam flow and the centrifugal forces. Then, sub-modeling is used, based on the analysis results, to calculate the shear forces and the tension forces in each section of the conical pins. This method used in this paper is also quite effective to analyze the stress status in other complex structures.
