某台国产 30 0MW机组改造后第一次启动过程中 ,在中速、高速暖机时 ,机组因碰磨而使振动急剧爬升 ,本文详细介绍了轴系振动的测试和分析 ,提出碰磨振动的规律及采取的措施 ,最终消除碰磨振动 。
The phenomenon of vibration going-up rapidly was found in the unit during the medium speed and the high speed soaking periods in the first minor maintenance’s startup of a domestic 300MW turbine unit. This article describes in detail both the rotor system vibration test analysis and the measures taken in order to eliminate the rubbing vibration and make the unit put into grid smoothly.
