瘦素对大鼠离体胰岛β细胞胰岛素分泌和Kir6.2基因表达的调节 被引量:3

Regulation of leptin on insulin secretion and Kir6.2 mRNA expression in pancreatic islets of rats in vitro

摘要 研究瘦素在不同的葡萄糖浓度下对离体大鼠 β细胞胰岛素分泌以及ATP敏感性K+ 通道(KATP)亚单位Kir6.2基因表达的调节及其可能的细胞内信号转导途径。结果表明在不同的葡萄糖浓度下 ,瘦素对胰岛素分泌的调节呈双向变化 ,对Kir6.2基因表达的调节可能通过细胞内与胰岛素受体底物 2有关的磷脂酰肌醇 3 Molecular mechanisms of leptin in regulating insulin secretion and expression of ATP-sensitive potassium channel subunit Kir6.2 mRNA and the possible signaling transduction pathway were investigated. Regulatory effects of leptin on insulin secretion could be biphasic at different glucose concentrations. The regulation of Kir6.2 transcript levels by leptin may be mediated through phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase signaling pathway.
