2型糖尿病家系非糖尿病一级亲属脂联素水平与胰岛素抵抗和动脉粥样硬化相关性研究 被引量:30

Relationship between adiponectin, insulin resistance and atherosclerosis in nondiabetic first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetics

摘要 检测了 2型糖尿病非糖尿病一级亲属组和正常对照组脂联素水平、内皮依赖性舒张功能和颈总动脉内膜中层厚度。结果显示 2型糖尿病家系非糖尿病一级亲属肥胖者脂联素水平降低 。 Serum adiponectin, the endothelium-dependent relaxing function of right brachial artery and intima-media thickness of common carotid arteries were determined in nondiabetic first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetics (FDR) and control subjects. The results show that serum adiponectin level is reduced in obese nondiabetic FDR of type 2 diabetics and hypoadiponectineamia is associated with insulin resistance.
