摘要
应用放免方法对 110名低出生体重儿生后 1、7、14天血清甲状旁腺素及血钙水平进行检测 ,并与 3 0名足月儿对照。结果表明低出生体重儿中足月小样儿生后甲状旁腺功能是成熟的 ,而早产儿生后甲状旁腺对低血钙反应差 。
Serum PTH and calcium levels were assayed in 177 infants with low birth weight (LBWI) and in 30 normal infants at the 1st, 7th and 14th day after birth. The results showed that among LBWI the parathyroid function in the normal term infants was mature after birth and that in preterm infants was premature leading to the poor reaction of parathyroid to hypocalenia. However, the parathyroid function in preterm infants eventually ensued a mature course after birth.
