胰高血糖素样肽1诱导小鼠胚胎干细胞E14分化为胰岛素表达细胞 被引量:7

Glucagon-like peptide-1 induces mouse embryonic stem cells E14 to differentiate into insulin-expressing cells

摘要 将小鼠胚胎干细胞株E14以高血糖素样肽 1(GLP 1)诱导 ,观察细胞形态 ,用原位杂交和RT PCR检测细胞内胰岛素mRNA的变化 ,免疫组化、流式细胞仪、放射免疫法验证细胞是否能分泌胰岛素样物质。发现E14细胞在GLP Mouse embryonic stem cells E14 were co-cultured with various concentrations of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and cell morphological changes were observed. Insulin was detected by means of in situ hybridization, RT-PCR, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometer and radioimmunoassay. E14 cells induced by GLP-1 show the potential of differentiation to cells that express insulin-like substance.
