Requirements of cold pad batch process include the dyestuffs, alkali, temperature and humidity of the fabric, tension control of the guide cloth and so on. Technical characteristics of each unit of combination machine for cold pad batch dyeing process are related, examples of curdory and cotton/polyurethane fabric manufacturing by cold pad-batch method are listed, factors exerting influence are ananlyzed and measures are advanced.
