Facing the challenge of the new knowledge and new enviroment in the 21st century, ordinary engineering institute, like our school, trains not only all kinds of practical talents but high quality talents with creative consciousness and creative ability. In this article, we introduce the importance of creative education in ordinary engineering institute, then systematically expound the mode and practice which train talents in ordinary engineering institute. At the end, we discuss how to train students with creative spirit and creative ability.
