摘要
对小叶桉中纤板在历经不同浸水时间段后的吸水厚度膨胀率进行了测试和研究。结果表明,根据浸水2h、4h、6h测得的膨胀率值,可预先判断产品浸水24h后的膨胀率是否会超标,从而可及早发现问题,调控生产过程,避免造成成批不合格产品。
Thickness swellings after different water immersion intevals were tested and researched of Long-Beak Eucalyptus MDF panels.The results showed that final swelling levels after 24h immersion of the panel specimens could be approximately predicted according to their swelling values measured after 2h,4h and 6h immersion that enabled timely regulation and control in the production process to avoid mass unqulified products.
