摘要
对新中国建国50年前后的大连市优秀体育人才取得的成就回顾与阐述,总结经验,分析并讨论现存问题,提出对大连市高水平体育后备人才培养和输送工作起到积极指导作用的建议。
The achievements that the excellent sport telants of Dalian have achieved are retrospected and researched since new China was founded in fifty years; experiences are summarized; the extant questions are analyzed and discused, A proposal that plays a guiding role in cultivating and sending high-level excellent sports talents are put forward.
