This paper discusses the construction of campus culture in developing area form three aspects-the sociality, the role in fostering talents and the innovation cultivation of campus culture, the aim is to clarify the role of campus culture in building and development of developing area. The author holds that peculiarity of campus culture construction of colleges in developing area should be emphasized besides the commonness.
