Optimization of the editor's knowledge structure to achieve the journal's quality column

作为编辑优化自身的知识结构,须把握三个基本特征:知识层面来的修炼、完善自己;把握知识结构的整体相关性;把握好知识结构的动态调节性。精品栏目关键在于栏目编辑能以自己的渊博知识去构思栏目,恰当取材、组织、指导作者保持栏目的创新性。

To optimize the editor's knowledge structure, an editor will have to know the three basic characteristics: to improve the knowledge level and perfect oneself; to grasp as a whole the interrelation among the knowledge structures; to grasp the dynamic adjustment of the knowledge structure. The key to creating a quality column is that the editor should conceive the column with his profound knowledge, select the appropriate material and instruct the writers to keep the innovation of the column.
