本文介绍一种实用新型的冰箱压缩机壳体焊缝双向自动跟踪装置,着重阐述了其硬件和软件设计。该装置采用微型计算机控制,对冰箱压缩机壳体在CO_2自动焊接时,从垂直和水平两个方向实现水平环形接缝自动焊接时,从垂直和水平两个方向实现水平环形接缝自动跟踪。设计了能消除飞溅影响的飞溅平滑程序。

This paper focuses on the practical and new type automatic seam tracking system with two dimensions used in CO_2 welding shell of refrigerator compressor. The disign of hardware and software is emphatically described. A microcomputer is the most important controlling element. This system can tracking circumferential weld joint in horizontal position and vertical position with two dimensions in CO_2 welding shell of refrigerator compressor. It is designed that the effect of spatters is eliminated with software.
