摘要 介绍了脉冲MIG焊微机控制系统的研制成果,分析了该系统的组成和控制原理。实验结果表明:该系统能够实现协同控制、一脉一滴过渡和弧长控制,具有操作简便和适应性强的特点。 The result of developing microcomputer control system of pulsed MIG welding is introduced in this paper. The component parts and control principle of the system are analyzed. The experimental results show that the system can accomplish synergic control ,the transfer of one droplet per pulse ,and the control of arc length. Therefore ,the system is easy to operate and strong in adaptability.
