摘要
本文简介了MZ-1000埋弧焊机自动跟踪系统性能的研究方法及测试装置。通过测试数据表明,系统惯性小,能瞬时响应,静态误差小,能充分满足跟踪的要求。文内还指出:施焊时需满足偏差角θ应小于或等于跟踪角θ_(max)的基本条件。跟踪角θ_(max)与焊接速度V_w和步进电机的工作频率f相关。
MZ-1000 SAW machine auto tracking system in introduced in this paper. This tracking system has mini-inertia,quick respond and high accuracy. And also express that the weld difference angle 6 should smaller than the tracking angle θ_(max). The θ_(max) has the relation ship with welding speed V_w and step motor frequency f.
