Structural Design of a Tall Building with Half-arc Plane and Super-length

该建筑是在稍密卵石层的地基上 ,采用柱下独立基础建设的 1 2层高层建筑。由于建筑造型需要 ,主楼采用半圆弧形平面。结构分析采用了弹性楼板假定 ,并通过合理布置结构、多道设防和构造措施等提高了结构的抗震性能。主楼最大长度 (弧形展开面 )达 1 41m ,内半圆长度为 96m ,由于建筑使用功能要求 ,主楼不设缝 。

On the basis of the slightly dense scree subgrade,individual spread foundation was used in a tall building.The structural plane is a half-arc plane according to the need of architecture sculpt.The structural analysis and the measures are introduced.The outer half-arc length is 141 meters,the inner length is 96 meters.The building has no seam basing on the usage function.No seam structure design and the structural measures of the super-length structure are also introduced.
