全面建设小康社会与卫生事业的发展走向

Construction of a society of overall well-being and development trend of Chinese medical and health care

邓小平同志关于小康社会建设的思想 ,包涵着丰富的内容 ,涉及到卫生医疗发展和人民群众健康水平的提高。我国在基本小康建设时期 ,虽然卫生医疗方面取得一定成绩 ,但是发展相对迟缓 ,不能满足社会需要。我国在全面建设小康社会时期 ,必须贯彻“以人为本”的思想 ,加强卫生医疗发展 ,才能促进社会、经济和人们健康的协调发展。根据我国现实社会经济发展情况和国内外有关论述 ,提出我国全面建设小康社会的卫生医疗发展目标。

Ideas of well-being society construction set by the late leader Deng Xiaoping comprise plentiful contents including health development and improvement of people's health status.During the construction period of fundamental well-being in China,some achievements about health care have been attained.However,compared with other domains,China's health care is lagging behind and could not meet social needs.During the construction period of overall well-being in China,to propel harmonious development of society,economy,and health,the people-centered point of view should be taken and medical and health care should be strengthened.Based on current social economic development in China and relevant arguments at home and abroad,the objectives of health development for construction of an overall well-being society were presented.
