摘要
目的 探讨血清中瘦素水平对造血干细胞移植病人术后营养状况的影响。方法 研究对象为该院血液科 1999年 11月~ 2 0 0 3年 9月收治的 8例造血干细胞移植术后病人 ,在健康人群中选取 10人作为对照组 ,分别测定其血清中瘦素 ,进行统计分析。结果 造血干细胞移植术后病人的血清瘦素水平明显高于正常健康人。结论 造血干细胞移植术后病人高水平瘦素是造成其营养困难的可能原因之一。
Objective To explore the effects of serum leptin level on nutritional status in hematopoietic stem cells transplantation patients. Methods 8 hematopoietic stem cells transplantation patients (treated in our hospital from November 1999 to September 2003) and 10 healthy people for control were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum leptin were measured and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Serum leptin level in hematopoietic stem cells transplantation patients is significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusions Higher level of serum leptin in hematopoietic stem cells transplantion patients may be one reasons causing malnutrition.
