Occurrence-time and Nursing Care of Epistaxis in Hypertension

目的 探讨高血压鼻出血的发生时间规律。方法 回顾分析 1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 12月我院收治的高血压鼻出血患者 134例 ,分时段统计高血压鼻出血发生的时间和病例数 ,各时段之间进行χ2 检验。结果 高血压鼻出血发生以凌晨 1∶0 0～ 4∶0 0较多。结论 高血压鼻出血有时间的规律性 ,强调应在易出血时段加强护理及观察 ,减少意外事件发生。

Objective To investigate the regular occurrence-time of epitaxis in hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 134 cases of epistaxis patients with hypertension admitted from January 1998 to December 2003. A statistical study of the occurrence-time of epitaxis by using χ 2 test between time ranges which being designed by us. Results The occurrence-time of epistaxis in the patients with hypertension was more frequent in the morning from one o’clock to four o’clock. Conclusions The hypertension complicated with epistaxis has certain regular pattern of occurrence-time, and we must emphasize the nursing care and the clinical observation during the time range while the epistaxis frequently occurred, so as to avoid any accidental events.
