护理干预对胃镜检查的成年患者的心理影响

Psychological Infection of Nursing Interference to Adult Patients Undergoing Gastroscopy

目的 了解护理干预对成人胃镜检查患者心理影响。方法 将 4 0 0例胃镜检查的成年患者随机分成 2组 ,对实验组患者胃镜检查前进行护理干预 ,并将该组患者预约时、术前 15minSDS、SAS、HR、SBp值与对照组比较。结果 实验组患者护理干预后SDS、SAS、HR、SBp值和对照组差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1)。结论 对胃镜检查患者术前进行护理干预 ,可以减轻患者心理压力。

Objective To probe the influence of nursing interference on adult patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods 400 cases of adults patients undergoing gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group and the control group, all patients in the experiment group were given nursing interference. The values of SDS, SAS, HR, SBp at different time, at making an appointment and 15 minutes before gastroscopy, were compared. Results The values of SDS, SAS, HR, SBp of the patients after nursing interference were significant different from those of the patients in the control group, P<0.01. Conclusions Nursing interference before gastroscpy release psychological burden of patients.
