摘要
《招标投标法》促进了招投标工作的发展,采用公开招投标以后如何评标如何决标则是重点环节,现行的评标办法存在许多缺陷,最低价评标法适应了社会主义市场经济发展趋势的要求,诚信、规范的行为必将获得持久的生命力。
The key to inviting public bidding, promoted by the law of inviting public bidding and bidding, is bidding evaluation. The evaluation methed of selection of the lowest bid price according to socialist economic system and encouragement to normal conducts should be fully used.
