摘要
基于有色溶液光谱,根据悬浮体系光谱吸收行为,通过铜(Ⅱ)-双环已酮草酰二腙显色体系,研究了用主次波长计算光度法定量分析水中痕量的铜。该方法不仅操作简单快速,精密度和准确度高,检出限低,而且回归计算模型具有环境修正作用,可以避开色度和浊度的干扰。对不同的环境水用此法进行定量分析,其结果相对标准偏差<2.0%,加标回收率为96.5%~105%,检出限为0.002μg/mL,此法能满足痕量分析的要求。
By use of absorption of suspending particles against light, a coloured solution was studied for the demination of trace amount components. In this paper new analytical method as Primary-Secondary Wavelengthes Computation Spectrophotometer was studied to determine of trace copper in water. The method is simple and the calculated is very stable, The results show sensitivity can be increased and the recovery is between 96.5% and 105.0% with the relative standard deviations are less than 2.0%. The detection limit is 0.002μg/mL.
