改革班主任任命制 增强班级教育功能

To Reform the System of Appointing a Teacher to Be the Teacher in Charge of a Class and Strengthen the Class Education Function

班主任在学校教育和班级管理中起着极为重要的作用 ,但是 ,多年来 ,在我国各级各类学校中 ,班主任是由学校或系科任命 ,这种体制已不适应学校改革与发展、实施素质教育的要求 ,笔者认为 ,可以用学校考察与学生民主评议、自主选择相结合基础上的班主任聘任制 ,取代现行的班主任任命制 ,让真正合格的班主任在其位、谋其政 ,当然还要相应地加强和改进班主任的培养、培训工作。

The teacher in charge of a class has played an important role in school education and class management.However,every teacher in charge of a class should be appointed by school or department administration.Such a system has been carried out for many years.With the development of education,the system has lost the function to meet the need of school reform,and development and the demands of the qualified education.In the author's opinion,the system can be replaced by the system of employing the teacher in charge of a class composed of school investigation,students' democratic comment,and self-choice.Such a new system could make every teacher in charge of a class try his best to make the job the best.Of course,it is also necessary for the school to enforce the work of training qualified teachers.
