仕泰栓配合利多卡因在人工流产中的临床应用

The clinical application of Suttository Naprosencomcosicae with lidocaine in induced abortion

目的:为了探讨仕泰栓配合利多卡因在人工流产中的应用效果。方法:将302例健康孕妇随机分为2组,观察组为仕泰栓加利多卡因151例,对照组仅用利多卡因151例,从镇痛效果、宫颈口松驰度、人工流产综合征(RAAS)、出血量等方面进行比较。结果:观察组的镇痛效果、宫颈口松驰情况及RAAS发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:仕泰栓配合利多卡因应用于人工流产术中,有镇痛和松驰宫颈、减少人流综合征发生等作用,不增加人工流产术的出血量。

Objective To explore the application effect of Suttository Naprosencomcosicae in induced abortion methods 302 cases of pregnant women were divide into two groups randomly.151 cases of Suttository Naprosencomcosicae with lidocaine while 151 cases of lidocaine. Analgesic effect,RAAS,bleeding ,etc.were compared between the two groups .Result Analgesic effect and occurrence rate of RAAS in pilot group were lower than that in contract group(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of Suttository Naprosencomcosicae with lidocaine in induced abortion plays the role in easing pain and reduce RAAS with less bleeding.
