目的:总结经阴道切除病变子宫的围手术期护理体会。方法:通过回顾病案总结、整理出行之有效的围手术期护理措施。结果:对此组患者施行围手术期护理后,均顺利度过围手术期,术中未发生意外,术后无并发症发生。结论:对阴道全子宫患者施行围手术期护理,是患者顺利度过手术期,避免术后并发症的有效保证。

Objective To conclude the experience of nursing cases of vaginal hysterectomy in operation period. Methods To review the conclusion of cases and sort out the effective nursing measures. Results All the patients in this group passed the operation period smoothly without any accidents and complications . Conclusion It can be ensured that the patients will tide over the operation period with no complications if prompt nursing is done .
