摘要
目的:提高医疗服务质量,减少急诊护患冲突的发生。方法:分析原因主要在收费、服务态度、护理质量、物质缺乏、等候时间过长、病人及陪护酗酒等方面。结果:提出了建立完善的收费制度并合理收费,增强服务意识,提高护理质量,尽量满足病人需要,保证急诊病人得到及时诊治,加强环境安全等针对性对策。结论:正确处理护患关系是防止和减少护患冲突的关键所在。
Objective For improving medical treatment service quality and reducing the occurrence of nurse-patient clash in emergency room. Method Analysis of its reason primarily focused on charying, service attitude,nursing quality,the material lacks ,waiting for time over long for patient and accompany drinking excess and so on. Result It put forward to establish the charging system,strenthen the service consciousness,increase quality,meet the patients'need,guarantee the emergency patient diagnosis and therapy on time,and enhance security of the environment. Conclusions The key of handling nurse-patient relationship is to prevent and decrease nurse-patient dissension.
