课堂教学效果的提高很大程度上取决于教师如何运用教学艺术,使学生在学习知识的同时又受到美的熏陶。改进教学方法,强化学生能力培养,创设教学情境,培养学习兴趣,培养学生动手能力、应变能力、观察能力、分析问题能力、口头表达能力,培养“实用型”护理人才是护理教学中的主要环节。

A reasonable teaching method is important to a teacher,which is great helpful for the improvement of teaching effect. A student will not only have a good learning of knowledge but an edification of beauty in class. Training the “practical”paramedics is the leading task in nursing teaching. So an integrated capability of students including practical ability,responsive ability in emergence,observational ability,analytical ability and expressive ability should be strengthened through improving our teaching method and creating fine studying environment for students in the practice of teaching.
