以"学"为重心就是要使教师确立"为学而教"的指导思想,教师把"研究教法"转移到"研究学法",通过重点研究优化英语教学模式,使教法和学法统一起来形成最佳的结合,以达到学生愿意学习、学会学习、学了能用。

Putting 'learning' as the key in cultivating new teaching ideas means to let the teachers keep the thought 'teaching for learning'. Teachers should move their attention from research of teaching method to research of learning method in order to combine the teaching method with the learning method to improve the students' learning interests.
