果胶对生长猪血糖的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的正确评定可溶性纤维-果胶在生长猪的营养价值。方法选择体重约25kg的健康生长猪4头,在猪的门静脉、颈动脉安装血管插管,采用交叉法,随机分为2组,试验组加入8%果胶,对照组不加果胶,在采食前(0h)、采食后1、2、3、4、5、6、7h抽取动、静脉血液,测定血糖浓度。结果8%的果胶对采食后3h时门静脉血糖浓度有显著性影响(P<0.05);对颈动脉血糖浓度无显著性影响(P>0.05);对动静脉血糖浓度差在3h(P<0.05)、4h(P<0.01)时有显著性影响。结论在采食后7h内,果胶对生长猪血糖、葡萄糖的吸收有一定的影响。
