整合素与肠上皮细胞凋亡 被引量：3

摘要 整合素是一类重要的黏附分子受体.他介导着细胞与细胞外基质以及细胞间的黏附,并参与细胞的多种生理功能和病理变化.近来一些研究显示,整合素IEC凋亡关系密切,但其机制尚不清楚.钙离子、cAMP、Bcl家族、死亡受体家族及Caspase家族可能在整合素介导的肠上皮细胞凋亡中起着重要作用.
