糖基化终末产物、细胞外基质及药物的干预治疗

摘要
在糖尿病患者体内,晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)的形成是糖尿病血管并发症终末产物发生、发展的启动因素,导致不同组织血管细胞外基质的重构,采用药物干预糖基化终末产物的形成和生物学效应,有助于防治上述病变。目前,药物的干预治疗研究主要集中于氨基胍、噻唑衍生物类、维生素类。
