门诊导医员心理健康状况调查分析及对策

Investigation and analysis on psychological health status of the guides in outpatient service

目的:了解门诊导医员的心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90临床症状自评量表对门诊导医员进行施测。结果:与国内常模相比,导医员中有26.92％的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子分显著高于国内常模。结论:门诊导医员的心理健康问题相对突出,提示应针对性开展心理卫生教育。

Objective: To find out the psychological health problems of the guides in outpatient service. Methods: The psychological health status of the guides was evaluated with the clinical self - evaluation form (SCL - 90). Results: Psychiatrical aspects of somatization, compul- sion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety in 26.92% percent of the guides were significantly higher with the comparison of the Do- mestic Usual Model Scores. Conclusion: The psycholgical health problems of the guides in outpatient service were relatively conspicuous and the psychological health education was necessary.
