发热门诊病人掌握疾病防护知识的调查

Analysis and investigation on knowledge of patient's disease protection in fever clinic

目的:为了解发热门诊就诊病人对疾病相关知识及防护知识的掌握情况。方法:采用自行设计的发热门诊病人疾病的知识调查问卷,对123例发热病人的疾病病因知识、症状知识、防护重要性、传播途径、防护知识等方面进行调查。结果:病人对疾病的相关知识、传播途径、疾病的防护知识的答对率分别为32.52％、33.33％、35.77。对疾病防护的重要性了解为46.34％。各年龄组病人对相关知识的掌握有显著差异P<0.01。结论:针对薄弱环节,有目的地进行健康教育,提高病人疾病知识的知晓率,督促病人采取有效的防护措施,对疾病的防控工作有重要的作用。

Objective: To find out knowledge level related disease protection of patients in fever clinic. Methods: Knowledge about disease related ridk factors, symptoms, spreading way, prevention measure of 123 patients in fever clinic were investigated by filling out self - designed questionnaire. Results: 32.52%、33.33%、35.77% of patients mastered the disease prevention re- lated knowledge, knowledge of disease spreading way and prevention measure. 46.34% of patients understood the importance of prevention. Knowledge level of patients in different aged groups are significantly different P<0.01. Concluslon: To be directed against the weak part of patients in fever clinic, nurse should carry out health education purposely. Nurse should improve the knowledge level of patients, encourage patients to take proper measure to protect themselves. Thus, it could play an key role in prevention of disease.
