摘要
目的探讨CT对小肠间质类肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 分析16例经手术病理证实的小肠间质肿瘤的CT资料。结果小肠良性间质肿瘤5例,小肠间质肉瘤11例。CT扫描初诊检出肿瘤16例,定性诊断准确10例。CT主要表现为小肠腔外不规则软组织肿块及肿块内多灶性低密度坏死区;增强扫描有明显不均匀性强化。结论CT是定位诊断的主要影像学检查方法,具有较可靠的定性诊断价值,并可为手术治疗提供明确病变范围。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT in diagnosingsmall stromal tumors. Methods CT features of 16 cases of smallintestinal stromal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThe lesion included 5 benign stromal tumors and 11 malignantinterstitial tumors.The tumors detectable rate was 100% and thecorrect diagnosis rate was 68.75% by CT.The tumors manifestedextraluminal masses with multiple necrosis areas of low densityand marked heterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion CT scan isthe major imaging technique in determining the location and theextent of the disease,which is very important for the surgicalmanagement.
