摘要 目的探讨突发性耳聋与大脑基底节区腔隙性脑梗塞的关系,指导临床诊断与治疗。方法分析30例CT表现为大脑基底节区腔隙性脑梗塞所致的突发性耳聋资料,并对其梗塞部位、数量、突发性耳聋程度、并发症、听力检测等进行研究。结果30例临床均表现为突发性耳聋伴耳鸣、眩晕、听力损伤,其中轻度5例(17%);中度18例(60%),重度7例(23%)。有5例同时出现水平眼颤和一侧肢体感觉减弱、肌力下降等神经系统表现。头颅CT扫描发现局限性或多发性基底节区腔隙性脑梗塞。结论突发性耳聋与腔隙性脑梗塞之间关系密切,可能与基底节区域动脉损害缺血有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between sudden deafnessand cavernous space cerebral infarction in cerebral cortical fundi, whichis helpful to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The data of30 patients with sudden deafness induced by cavernous space cerebralinfarction in cerebral cortical fundi were retrospectively analyzed, in-cluding location,focus number,severity of sudden deafness,complica-tions and audiometry results. Results All the patients clinical presentedsudden deafness、tinnitus、vertigo and hearing impairment,of whom 5with slight (17%),18 with moderate (60%) and 7 with serious symptoms(23%).Meanwhile 5 patients accompanied with horizontal nystagmus,decreased sensation and myodynamia of unilateral limbs. Regional ormultiple cavernous space cerebral infarction in cerebral cortical fundiwere seen by computed tomography (CT). Conclusion There is a closerelationship between sudden deafness and cavernous space cerebral infarcton,which indicates that cerebral vascular injury in cerebral cortical fundimay result in sudden deafness.
