This article analyzes the serious influence to the socialist market economy by the lack of credit in the period of pattern changes of our country. The most pressing matter of the moment is to quicken the setting up of socialist credit system. The chief countermeasures are: strengthen the legislation and enforce the law, perfect government's credit supervision and administration and set up credit record and supervising system all over the society.
