目的 研究观察G5呼吸系统治疗仪—VIBRAMATIC的临床应用及护理。方法 5 5例治疗组患者使用VIBRAMATIC进行胸部叩击振动体位引流治疗和护理 ,对照组指导排痰技巧或传统叩背排痰护理 ,2组均密切观察患者临床应用效果。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VIBRAMATIC治疗对痰量减少有显著疗效 (P <0 .0 5 )。对痰多 (约 30ml h)、无效咳嗽、罗音明显的 35例与罗音明显但患者自觉无痰的 2 0例 ,罗音治疗效果差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 G5呼吸系统治疗仪—VIBRAMATIC可促进排痰 ,病变部位呼吸音改善 ,罗音减少 ,胸片改善 ,有利于疾病的康复 ,值得临床应用。

Objective\ Research and observe the clinical application and nursing of G 5 respiratory system therapeutic equipment--VIBRAMATIC.Method\ There are 55 cases of curing groups use VIBRAMATIC for the treatment and nursing of vibration postural drainage with chest percussion. The contrast groups direct the skills of sputum ejection and nursing of traditional sputum ejection with beating back, both groups make a close observation of clinical application effect for patients.Result\ There is obvious difference in efficiency between curing groups and contrast groups (P<0.05. It has curative effect for decreasing sputum by using VIBRAMATIC (P<0.05. There is no obvious effective difference of curing rales for 35 cases of patients have fairly much sputum (approximately 30 ml/h), inefficient cough, obvious rales and 20 cases of patients has obvious rales but no sputum self-consciously (P<0.05).Conclusion\ G 5 respiratory system therapeutic equipment--VIBRAMATIC can promote ejecting sputum, improve lesion part and breath sounds, decrease rales, improve chest pieces and be useful for rehabilitation, it is worth of clinical application.
