腔隙梗塞(附26例报告)

LACUNAR INFARCT(A REPORT OF 26 CASES)

本文通过对经CT诊断的26例腔隙性脑梗塞患者病史、临床表现、CT检查结果的分析,讨论了本病的发病原因、病理改变及病灶与临床的关系、诊断标准,并提出了CT在本病诊断中应注意的问题.

The cause of this disease, pathological changes, diagnostic standards and the relationship between focus and clinical manifestations are discussed by analysing the case history, clinical manifestations and the results of CT examinations of 26 cases of lacunar cerebral infarct diagnosed by CT examination. Also pointed out are some problems which should be paid attention to in diagnosing this disease with CT examination.
