葛根素联合丹参对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of puerarin plus danshen root intravenous injections regimen on vascular endothelial functioning

目的 探讨葛根素注射液联合丹参对急性脑梗死患者血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t-PA)、组织型纤溶酶原抑制物 (PAI)、一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)的影响。方法 用丹参 (对照组 )和葛根素联合丹参 (治疗组 )分别治疗急性脑梗死患者各 30例 ,连续 2周 ,观察 2组患者的t-PA、PAI、NO和ET的变化。结果 葛根素联合丹参治疗 2周后 ,治疗组较对照组t-PA、NO水平上升 ,PAI、ET水平下降。结论 葛根素注射液可通过扩张心脑血管、舒张血管平滑肌、抗血小板聚集等机制 ,调节NO、ET、t-PA、PAI代谢失衡状况 ,提示葛根素具有良好保护血管内皮 。

Objective To investigate the changes of tPA,PAI,ET and NO in the acute cerebral infarction patients who were used puerarin injection and danshen injection.Methods 60 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treat group and control group,30 patients in each group. Danshen Root was used to cure the patients in control group.On the basis of danshen root,puerarin injection was used to cure the patients in treat group, continuous for 14 days.Then the changes of tPA,PAI,ET and NO were observed.Results Compare that in the control group,the level of tPA and NO rise , PAI and ET decline in treat group, There was significant difference between treat group and control group.Conclusion The puerarin injection is useful to adjust the balance of NO,ET,t-PA,PAI.It is effective to protect the blood vessel endothelium by expanding vessels, diastoling vascular smooth muscle and antiplatelet aggregation.
