摘要 氢质子磁共振波谱 (1H_MRS)是一种无损伤性研究人体正常或病理组织代谢、生化改变及化合物定量分析的方法 ,其特异性较强 ,在脑肿瘤尤其是胶质瘤中的应用越来越广泛。现就1H_MRS的技术原理及其在胶质瘤的分级、鉴别诊断、评估预后及疗效观察等方面的应用进行综述 ,归纳出
