浙江省主要城市市场中的水产品重金属含量调查研究

Evaluation of Heavy Metals in Aquatic Product in the Market of Major Cities in Zhejiang Province

对浙江省主要城市市场上销售的水产品进行了调查。结果表明 ,这些水产品存在重金属的污染 ,主要的污染元素为Cd、As ,超标率分别为 4 3 %、 3 6%。其中 ,As的污染较为普遍 ,Cd的污染虽然超标率较高 ,但潜在污染增长趋势不明显。Pb的潜在污染增长趋势较强 ,应当密切监控养殖环境中的Pb污染。

An evaluation of heavy metals in aquatic product in the market of major cities in Zhejiang province was conducted.The results show that Cd and As are the main pollutant elements,with the standard-exceeding ratios of 4.3% and 3.6% respectively.Meanwhile,the pollution of As is universally.Although the standard-exceeding ratio of Cd is higher than As,the potential increasing trend of pollutant of Cd is not apparent.The data analysis shows that the element of Pb has the strong potential increasing trend of pollutant,this must being detected timely.
