摘要
本文报告少见的耳鼻咽喉部横纹肌肉瘤7例.该瘤病理形态上可表现为不同发育阶段的横纹肌细胞,早期肌母细胞为圆形、多角形或带状细胞,病理上分为4型:①胚胎型,②葡萄状,③多形性,④腺泡状.多形性以成人多见,腺泡状以青少年多见,胚胎型和葡萄状以婴幼儿多见.
Seven cases of uncommon rhabdomyosarcomas in the ENT are reported in this article. The morphology of this tumour may show striated muscle cells in different stages. The early myoblast may be roundshaped, polygonal or strap-shaped. It can be classified pathologically into 4 types. (1) pleomrphic; (2) embryonal; (3) alveolar; (4)botryoid. The pleomorphic cell is frequently found in adults. The alveolar cell is often found in adolescent adults. The embryonal and botryoid ones are found in children and infants.
